“Arise, shine, for your light has come! And the esteem of יהוה has risen upon you. For look, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness the peoples. But יהוה arises over you, and His esteem is seen upon you…”
Isaiah 60.1-2
“The human body literally glimmers. The intensity of the light emitted by the body is 1000 times lower than the sensitivity of our naked eyes. Ultraweak photon emission is known as the energy released as light through the changes in energy metabolism. We successfully imaged the diurnal change of this ultraweak photon emission with an improved highly sensitive imaging system using cryogenic charge-coupled device (CCD) camera. We found that the human body directly and rhythmically emits light. The diurnal changes in photon emission might be linked to changes in energy metabolism… “

In this age of spiritual rebellion, self-definition and pseudo-scientific notions of humanity, it seems that everything is open to transition—gender, species, even reality itself. We are witnessing the rise of various “trans-” movements, cultural currents that declare the power of the individual to identify with virtually anything outside themselves—anything, that is, except with the truth of who and what they were created to be. In our current era of hyper-individualism and digital distortion, people declare allegiance to avatars, illusions, and fabricated selves, all while rejecting the one trans-formation that would liberate them from the lie altogether: the transfiguration into the image and likeness of Elohim.
According to Genesis 1:26, the original pattern is explicit: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…”
This is not a poetic or novel idea—it is an ancient, sacred blueprint; a divine architectural plan for humanity. Not just humanity in the abstract, but me, you, us, WE. Yes, each of us as sacred microcosms of the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah. We were not created to be fractured characters of confusion, but to radiate divine intelligence, righteous character, and omnipotent creative force into the world. And yet, as I expound in my work, The Pattern of Adam Revealed, we have collectively deviated from that template, trading the authentic for the artificial, the superconscious for the superficial.
But a remnant remembers.
And a remnant rises.
The Transfiguration Movement is not about new pronouns, alternate realities, or manmade metamorphoses. It is about returning—teshuvah—to the heavenly image encoded into our very essence. It is about identifying with the Great I Am, and there is no greater model for this than HaMashiach Yeshua ben Yoseph, who, on the mountaintop, revealed the destiny that awaits all the children of light.
In what is called the Transfiguration (Matthew 17, Mark 9, Luke 9), Yeshua is metamorphoo—a Greek term meaning “to change form”—into radiant light. His face shines like the sun. His clothing becomes white as light. But He is not alone. Two other beings of light appear: Mosheh and Eliyahu, the great Lawgiver and the fiery Prophet, who had both encountered the ineffable Shekinah Presence of Elohim in their earthly lives. This moment is not a theatrical display—it is a revelation of the true endgame of humanity: to be clothed again in splendor, to be luminaries in a darkened world.
The science reflects the spirit. Studies in biophotonics reveal that the human body, especially the brain and heart, emits low levels of light—biophotons—as a byproduct of cellular and mitochondrial activity. The most concentrated emissions come from the pineal gland and areas associated with higher consciousness. Scientists from the University of Kassel in Germany discovered that when one meditates, prays, or experiences spiritual elevation, the number of emitted biophotons increases exponentially. This is not mysticism—this is measurable light.
Yet we knew this before the microscopes.
Genesis 2 hints at it: Adam and Chawah, before the fall, were not “naked” in the way we often think. The Hebrew word “arom” used after the fall is different from “or”—a wordplay that many sages and mystics interpret as “light”. Adam and Chawah were originally clothed in garments of or—light. When they disobeyed, the light faded, replaced by fig leaves and eventually animal skins.
When Mosheh ascended Mount Sinai the second time (Exodus 34:29-35), after the sin of the golden calf, he came down with the tablets of testimony—and a face that shone so brightly the Israelites were afraid to look at him. He had to wear a veil. Why? Because he had absorbed light. He had been in the Shekinah Presence of El Elyon.
Of this destiny that awaits all the children of Light, Daniel 12:3 foretells, “Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.”
And again, Yeshua affirms in Matthew 13:43, “Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the Kingdom of their Father.”
This is not metaphor—it is metamorphosis.
Even Stephen, as he was being stoned for his bold witness in Acts 6 and 7, is described as having the face of an angel, glowing with heavenly intensity. The early followers of Yeshua—rooted in Torah and charged with Ruach—understood that qedushah, or set-apartness/holiness, is embodied light. That transfiguration is not an event for the Messiah alone, but a model for every soul reborn in truth, is a matter that must settle upon us with enLIGHTenment.
So I pose the question: What would happen if we reoriented our energy, focus, and spiritual ambition toward becoming light-bearers again?
What if the true “trans” movement was not about conforming to culture’s confusion but transforming into clarity?
To transfigure is to allow the inner light—placed there by the Creator—to break through the flesh and reveal the soul’s true frequency. It is the work of sanctification. It is the work of Tikkun Olam. It is the discipline of righteousness. It is the culmination of covenant living, rooted in Torah and watered by Ruach.
The Transfiguration Movement is a call back to our original frequency and vibration. It is a declaration that we refuse to accept the fallen, fragmented version of humanity as our inheritance. We were born for more. We were created for light. We are destined for splendor.
It begins with repentance. It grows with study. It matures in obedience. And it is crowned with fire—the fire of transformation— the fire of transfiguration.
If you feel that stirring in your spirit, then you’ve already heard the call.
“…For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Master. Walk as children of light – for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, and righteousness, and truth – proving what is well-pleasing to the Master. And have no fellowship with the fruitless works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of what is done by them in secret. But all matters being reproved are manifested by the light, for whatever is manifested is light. That is why He says, ‘Wake up, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Messiah shall shine on you.’ See then that you walk exactly, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are wicked…”
Ephesians 5.8-16
Let the light within you rise.
Let the splendor return.
Let Elohim be revealed—in you.
Welcome to the Transfiguration Movement.
Selah…
