Middle Path Internal Arts

Middle Path Internal Arts was born from the personal evolution of an athlete turned martial artist, one who sought not just physical strength, but inner peace, energetic awareness, and spiritual discipline.

As someone whose early life was deeply rooted in competitive sports, my journey took a transformative turn when I began to immerse myself in the Martial Arts. What started as an alternative to athletics grew into a lifelong path of mastery and meaning. For over 20 years, I’ve trained diligently and humbly under the leadership of powerful and principled teachers:
Hanshi Reginald Isaac, Sifu Chun Man Sit, and Mikey Reyes, each of whom instilled in me not only skill, but discipline, respect, and a deep reverence for the lifestyle and internal dimensions of the arts.

Among all the forms I’ve practiced, it is Tai Chi and Qigong that continue to call me most deeply. These ancient practices became more than movement, they became medicine. Through them, I found spiritual clarity, emotional grounding, and a daily system of healing that aligned body, breath, and being. They taught me how to listen inwardly and to restore myself energetically in a way that no external validation or achievement ever could.

In June 2025, I officially became certified to teach Qigong, a milestone in my path that now allows me to share these gifts with others.

Middle Path Internal Arts is not about becoming the strongest or the fastest. It’s about learning how to be still, how to breathe, how to feel energy flow, and how to embody balance in an imbalanced world. We walk the middle path, the sacred way between extremes.

You’re invited to walk this path with us.

Join me every Sunday for Qigong in the Garden at 5 PM, 4800 Rockhill Road and Monday at 6:30 PM for “Qigong by the River” just below the Town of Kansas Bridge on 1st and Main for a serene practice open to all levels, held in the natural flow and harmony of the outdoors.

Together, we restore our power not by force, but by flow.

Let’s flow!
